OnGuard Landing page is redirecting in Mobile devices

    Hi,

    I have configured ClearPass OnGuard for Wired and Wireless users. It is working fine but some issues and needs help on these issues.

     

    1. An OnGuuard landing page is redirecting even for Mobile devices and it should redirect for only laptops which are connected to company SSID.

     

    2. We are using a Persistent agent and deploying through landing page for Unknown Health status. whenever the user connected to Wireless SSID then the user browser is redirecting to OnGuard Landing page even though the agent is installed.

    3. We are in the initial stage in deployment and initially, we would like to get the email notification to the administrator for Unhealth posture status instead of blocking network access. is it possbile.

     

    Please help me anyone on these issues.
