OnGuard landing webpage

    Hi,

    We have deployed Clearpass OnGuard with Aruba 802.1x wireless and configured OnGuard landing page.

     

    Then the client is connected to the wireless network, the brower is automatically redirecting to https://captiveportal-login.mydomain.com but it should direct to Onguard landing page. Could please help me to resolve this.

    We have pointed Onguard landing page in Captive portal profile. Please find the attached screenshot.

    Did you add ClearPass to the captive portal whitelist?

    we have added the CPPM access policy under the User Roles in Mobility controller but not whitlisted and how to do that.

    Hi,

    Please find the AAA profile and default dot1x authentication default role is "logon". After adding onguard captive portal profile under logon user role then we are able to get the Onguard page.

     

    But even after health check passed it is not allowing to browse internet and onguard page for everything.
