OnGuard stuck at "Initializing"

    Hi Forum,

     

    So Clearpass is sending an UNKNOWN user role back to the aruba controller and guest vlan for the users to be able to go to the agent download page. Onguard after that starts and gets stuck on Initializing and the log shows "Clearpass server not reachable". That user role has allowed any any clearpass data/mgmt ports both, but still no luck. It would only work IF I add the allow all ACL to that user role UNKNOWN (which would defeat the purpose of my enforcing a captive portal on users).

     

    any help in appreciated.
