    Hi,

We have a Guest captive portal page with a link to register devices(onboard), this works with Windows and android, and does work with apple devices only when we use a browser and get redirected to the captive portal.

The issue is, when the initial captive portal (captive.apple.com) pops up on apple devices, if we click the link to register a device we get the 'success' page and therefor cannot onboard the device.

This only happens with ios devices and not Apple macs.

Does anyone know how we can avoid this?

    Cheers,

You need to bypass CNA  on the initial page.

    Thanks for the reply,

So there is no way to acheve this with CNA?

    Cheers

No. Apple and Google restrict the CNA so it must be disabled or Onboarding.
