We are in the implementation stage for CPPM along with Onguard. Everything works firn as supposed to be. However, there are couple of Windows PCs where Onguard agent keeps on collecting the health information. We have an agent bounce profile which is bouncing the network interface continuosly as Agent is colecting the health information frequently.
Even there is no change in the health status and no connectivity issues, still agent collects the health information continuosly.
Tried reinstalling the agent.. No luck.
Any one have any idea for the rook cause.??

Please collect logs on the endpoint itself within the OnGuard agent and I would advise opening up a support case.
