Onguard Client "unknown status" issue

Hi guys,

 

right know I'm sitting at a customer and we implemented Onguard. Everything is working fine but we are facing a problem with the Windows agent. 

After the client is collecting the system information it states for a short time the right client information (e.g. "HEALTHY" or "UNHEALTHY") with the right colour code. After a short time the agent show only the message "UNKNOWN STATUS".

The Mac agent works fine. 

The only workaround I found is to restart the clearpass agent service. After this the client states the right status until the it's changed again.

 

Does anyone have the same problem?
