Dear all,
actually we are not able to login to CPPM. We have a license for 500 Guests and Devices. We get the Message on CPPM:
Policy Manager unique authentication count exceeded the license limit. Please update with a new license key to continue.
And on Guest Manager:
A valid Guest or Onboard license is required
We have about 50 Guest User active a day.
I think we have an error on our Service Config and Cached all MAC´s. The timer isn´t reset.
Any idea how we can get access back to our Server?
