Requested priv_level Mismatch

    I am trying to setup TACACS controller’s authentication for guest provisioning. I got a privilege level mismatch message: “Requested priv_level=[0f] greater than Max Allowed priv_level=[00]”.
    So I went to Enforcement Profiles and change the service to privilege level from 15 to 0 as the message suggested, but the error is still the same. CPPM still registers the priv_level “0f“ and denies access.

     

    My CPPM is 6.5.0.71095.  AOS 6.3.1.8
