SMS over SMTP works on CPPM but not on CPGuest

    Hi all,

     

    I added google SMTP server on ClearPass Policy Manager with the right credentials and added google certificate on the trust list then I tested sending an SMS and it's working 100%.

     

    Then I added an SMS Gateway (SMS over SMTP) on ClearPass Guest but it's not working.

    When I send in CPGuest, I get "SMS was sent to XXXXXX" but i didn't recive anything. I checked the Event Viewer but couldn't find any error.

     

    Any idea what could be the problem?

    Look in the Application Log in Guest.

    No errors on Application Log.

    just SMS was sent to XXXXXXX.

    Best to open a TAC case. It will be difficult to troubleshoot here.
