we currently facing an issue with around 5 of non domain users that they have a NIC disabled and is back on after the keepalive interval is consumed. after searching the health logs on the onguard it shows that during the keepalive messaging this message appears: service authenticaion request failed, thus upon that the iface is down than brought back up
attached is a session log at the time the user entered the remedy vlan during the automatic health check of the after the keepalive interval which is 3 hours
