Session Limits

Hi All,

 

Another one.

 

We have set the session limit on guest accounts to 1, thinking that this would limit the number of devices / logins to 1.

 

Our client has tested and has been able to login to 2 device at the same time (and apparently browse on both).

 

Is there a setting that I am missing?  Do I need to have an enforcement policy to disable additional devices / login attempts?

Do you have The endpoint db as an authorization source on your service ?

check your authentication tab, what does it show? easiest just to post some screenshots of your clearpass service.

Victor is looking for screen shot of the service tabs to see what you have for autentication, authorization, role and enforcement.

I have been through both policy manager and guest and cannot find the tabs that you have described.

 

Where are they?  Sorry for being a noob :)

Thanks Danny,

I will try and get a screen grab over the weekend, failing that it could be Monday.

 

Just out of curiosity, should there be a tick or not in the Auth box?

If you tick [select] the authz box then the authz TAB will appear and be availble for configuration.
