Sms_guest_receipt.php offers no option for carrier

    Greetings,

     

    The sms_guest_receipt.php page, which is used to send SMS receipts to guests after their password is reset, offers no option to specifiy SMS carrier.  This is troublesome as our Clearpass server is set up to to use SMS over SMTP.

     

    I have found no way to add this feild into the form.  Is this possible?

    Hi Tom,

     

    This could be an issue with the UI. I would suggest logging a support case and we can get it patched if it is found to be an issue.

    Check the "visitor_carrier" field, I think it's what you are looking for.

    Well that would be the feild, except the sms guest receipt page doesnt offer any customization of feilds.

    The issue has been confirmed by the ClearPass engineering team.  Please be patient while a fix is worked out.
