Strip Username Rules" on CPPM - not working

    Hey everyone

     

    I need to use the strip username option under authentication in CPPM.

     

    I have tried the following:

    \:user

    user:@

    \:user, user:@

     

    Nothing strips the username of either DOMAIN\user or user@DOMAIN. 

    I have not restarted the radius server. Do I need to ?

    How do you know it's not stripping?

    I based it on that when login in with DOMAIN\user i got denied login.

    Suddenly after 20 minutes it started working. 

     

    Is it some kind of delay on the config deployment ?
