Hopefully this is a simple one?!?!
Try as I might, I cannot find any options for being able to reconfigure the text/html format/reply to the scenario when a registering guest is rejected by the sponsor.
By default, it comes back on the html receipt page stating "<RED CROSS> Your registration request has been rejected".
I've looked everywhere for the options to change this. Anybody know where it is please?

I think the customer just wanted to put the text in big bold letters so it stood out.
Also, perhaps re-phrased it so that it was more descriptive. Such as "Your registration request has been rejected by your sponsor."
