Trouble installing a custom captive portal page

cportalCode is 6.3.1.18
I go to the Capitve Portal page, I go to Upload, select cportal profile, select login.html to upload. Select Captive Portal top leval. I click Apply, it says Upload Successfully Completed. But nothing changes, it does'nt show anything any differanent than what's selected on the previous tab. Any ideas?

the big question is if your users do see something different? have you checked that?

Please share the output for the following to see if the login URL is pointing to the customer page:
show aaa authentication captive-portal <name of profile>
