Unable to assign the management IP address to the CPPM appliance

    I am  unable to assign the management IP address to the appliance, I am getting the below mentioned error:

     

    [appadmin@ARCPPM-Pub-01.TRV]# configure ip mgmt 10.100.91.192 netmask 10.100.91.192 gateway 10.100.91.1

    ERROR - Checking cluster connectivity failed

    ERROR - Cluster node connectivity test failed

     

    I have tried to reset, but it is failing to reset, I am getting the below error:

     

    appadmin@ARCPPM-Pub-01.TRV]#

    [appadmin@ARCPPM-Pub-01.TRV]#

    [appadmin@ARCPPM-Pub-01.TRV]# cluster reset-database

    Your subnet mask is not a subnet mask. Looks like you're entering the IP address there.

    Hi,

     

    Sorry!! I have posted the wrong command.

     

    But when I am doing a intial configuration, I have got the same error. and the below error as well:

     ERROR: Validating Policy Manager database setup failed

    Please find the attached initial configuration file.
