Wake-on-LAN Magic Packet does not reach

Hi. I have two Aruba3600 (6.1.3.5_35523) and AP-125s.

One wired client (Digital Signage) is connecting to WLAN through the ethernet converter, and its MAC address is registerd as MAC address authentication on Aruba Controller.

The client can boot by magic packet (Wake-on-Lan) as below situation.

1) manually bootup wired client, and shutdown.

2) Within 1 hour, send magic packet to wired client

3) Successfully boot up.

But in this situation, the client can not boot.

1) manually bootup wired client, and shutdown.

2) Wait more than 1 hour, send magic packet to wired client

3) The client does not boot.

I think the reason is something aged-out from Aruba controller.

is there any idea why this happen?

For example, Cisco has this kind of informations.

"MAC Authentication Bypass Deployment Guide" - "2.4.9 Wake on LAN"
