when applying Lifetime Warranty and having a dead box, you call the TAC for a RMA.
According the TAC_quickReferenceGuide.pdf", when returning a dead box to Aruba, the customer "may" have to pay the bill for transportation and import/export fees if any ?

Is it country dependant ?
if yes, is there a list somewhere?
if no, what's the rule ?
we bill the customer or not?
