    I am connecting my clearpass and controller to use 802.1x now android work normal but windwos 8.1 can not connect at all tried all thing no luck I have read something related to the PMK but they also said the new updates soolved it and now Im using version 6.4.2.5 (ArubaOS) so what may cause this and also how to disbale PMKID?

    What does the auth-tracebuf show?
    Security logs?
    Do you see any request on your RADIUS server?
    Are you using a public or privately signed CA?

    yes ona ccess tracker gives yellow 9EAP transaction not completed
