i have a system with aruba mobility controller with clearpass policy manager, im facing a problem with users in the blacklist after consuming their quota or time limits. they can easily enter another email account and log in as before. i need them to be blocked for 24 hours. the blocking must be accourding to their MAC address or else they can easily create another account.
can you please help me. im kind of stuck in here.

As a part of your policy, use the [blacklist user repository] as an authZ source and make a check on the MAC address.
