If you buy an appliance just for clustering purpuse and that he will get the license from the publisher

Where do you get the license of the clearpass platform for this?

Platform licenses are for the box/VM. Application licenses are shared across the cluster (Access, Onboard, OnGuard).

The license certificate should be in the box.

when you mean the box, you mean the actual physical box where the appliance was??? or is it on some document inside the box?

It should be in an envelope inside.

the client install the clearpass but he it seems there wasnt any envelop inside..

It is possible to create a new one with the licensing team??
