    Hi

     

    We are having troubles with email coming into mobile devices on my guest network.  They are provisioned with the out of the box guest role.

    Just to clarify, clients connected to the Wi-Fi who are in the guest role are unable to recieve emails?

     

    Is that right?

     

    If so, you will likely need to alter the guest role to allow the email traffic.

     

     

    What email protocols are being used? POP3/IMAP4/MAPI?

    Hi that is correct I would like to allow pop3 an imap clients to connect and receive their email.

    Hi,

    By default the guest role doesn't allow pop3 or imap. You will need to add these to the guest role.


    POP3 - tcp port 110
    IMAP - tcp port 143
