    in cppm evel 6.0.2.X | why expired guest accounts..wont disonnect and go back to login page? at the end of their 1 hour expiry time?

     

    *i can see the guest account turning to expired...but user device is continue to use the wifi as normal.*

     

    anyone? please advise - it's shouldnt be like that

    Make sure COA is working.  Go to the access tracker where that guest was first authenticated and see if you can disconnect him via Aruba COA right from the access tracker..

    Checked it agian.

    It's working well....I can see that the CPPM sent COA Aruba Terminate Session

    Turn on user debugging for that user and see if the controller says that it received it successfully.
