Hi Guys,

For some reason some android devices loose connectivity to the wlan ssid and we have to forget the network and add again.

How can we check why does android loose connection?

All other devices work fine

We have:

Aruba Controller 7005

AP's 105

hide ssid

802.1x with mac authentication

time range for the night

Try doing a user-debug for one or two of those clients to see why it happens.  What is doing the mac authentication?

strange that this only happens with one or two devices android. Other android devices run fine..

The mac-auth is done on aruba controller.  I have created the mac's  in internal database..

Use the command:  show ap client trail-info

to find out why the client was roaming/disconnected, etc.

I found that if the user forgets the wlan profile it could connect.

But when comes to the office in the other day , he could not connect..

It's 802.1x with mac auth and ssid broadcast disable..
