problems with onboarding android devices

Hi,

we are using Clearpass 6.5.5 and I test the CP Onboarding funktion.

I´ve configured singe ssid onboarding, it all works fine with my windows laptop, but my andoid mobile phone have some problems.

I conntect to the ssid with my ad credentials I got redirect to the provissioning page, I insert my credentials again cppm says in access tracker accept, the page is loading an I got the message in the mobile phone browser, your session has expired.

 

have anyone an idea what´s the problem?

It was a browser problem with android google chrome browser.

In my experience, WLC will drop the client session, if the ACL is not allowing to go to Google play store or to download the app via Google content delivery network . I would suggest either (1) pre-download and pre-install Cisco NSA app using another WLAN or connection or (2) update the ACL. CCleaner Happy Wheels VLC
