1. Create a Named Vlan Pool. Add VLANs to that VLAN Name
2. Create an Aruba enforcement profile that returns the name of the pool to the Client
1. The name of my VLAN pool in this example is "First". It has VLANs 10,20 and 30.
2. I send back the Aruba-Named-Vlan attribute of First to the Aruba Controller
