Asterisk/Polycom help requested

Polycom experts...

I have two Polycom phones, both on the wireless and both connected to Asterisk.

pbx*CLI> sip show peers
Name/username Host Dyn Forcerport ACL Port Status
101 (Unspecified) D N A 0 UNKNOWN
102 (Unspecified) D N A 0 UNKNOWN
201/201 192.168.100.201 D N A 56130 OK (111 ms)
399/pikrmuvs 192.168.100.126 D N A 54820 OK (4 ms)
502/502 192.168.100.122 D N A 5060 OK (70 ms)

201 is my desktop running 3CX, 399 is a MacOSX latop running BlinkLite, 502 is a Hitachi VoiP phone, and 101/102 are both Polycom 8030.

I can dial from the Polycom phones to anything (internal extension, local, and long distance), I can dial from desktop to laptop, laptop to desktop, anything to or from Hitcahi, but I can never dial the Polycom phones, it immediately goes to voicemail.

I have attached some log files for comparison, as well as file of the sip peer info for 102 (polycom) and 201 (desktop). For some reason, the Polycoms are missing some stuff like Addr->IP, Status, UserAgent, Reg Contact, etc. I just find it odd that I can dial OUT of the polycoms with no issues, but cannot receive a call.

Any ideas, I am willing to try anything. Thanks!

EDIT: I also note when looking at the two different logs, I see:

SUCCESS: 102 (polycom) to 201 (desktop)

-- Executing Dial("SIP/102-00000018", "SIP/201,"",tr") in new stack
== Using SIP RTP TOS bits 184
== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
-- Called 201
-- SIP/201-00000019 is ringing
-- SIP/201-00000019 answered SIP/102-00000018

FAILURE: 201 (desktop) to 102 (polycom)
-- Executing Dial("SIP/201-00000017", "SIP/102,15,tr") in new stack
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)
-- Executing ExecIf("SIP/201-00000017", "0?Set(DIALSTATUS=)") in new stack
-- Executing GosubIf("SIP/201-00000017", "0?s-CHANUNAVAIL,1") in new stack

Why in the failure, is the 'to' dialed "SIP/102,15,tr"? What is the 15?
