Not sure if I fuly understand your question. I'm not sure if there are very special requirements for vxrail servers but if you want to create a vlan you can do that with following command:
- vlan <number>
LACP or Trunk you already found I saw in the message.
To accept all the VLANs on the different ports you will need to add all VLANs as tagged on these ports or two tagged and one untagged but depends how you network infrastructure is configured.
From the email I think you just need to forward in controlled manner the multicast packets this can be done by IGMP (IPv4) and MLD (Ipv6).
