    Hello,

what is the correct way to configurae static IP settings (address, netmask, gateway) for the management vlan of an ArubaCentral managed 2540 switch?

What i want to achieve is NO ip on the default vlan, only ip on dedicated management vlan. Doing this on an unmanaged switch using the cli is no problem at all, but via ArubaCentral it seems i can only add a default gateway by either using dhcp or static ip assignment on the default vlan. There is no option to set the default gateway in the corresponding vlan menu.

Using dhcp assignment on the dedicated management vlan is also not possible.

    Thanks for your help!
