Hello, it seems it's not possible to edit a NAE Agent name once it is created (it doesn't matter if the Agent is enabled or disabled, no edit feature related to Agent's name appears)...as a workaround it looks like a NAE Agent must be deleted and recreated with the new desired name if a name change is required. Am I wrong?

Correct. Today, there is no way to edit the name of a deployed NAE agent.

    Hi Parnassus,

As Vincent mentioned, you are correct in that you are unable to edit an agent's name.  I want to add that while the workaround is to delete and re-add the agent from the script, when you delete the agent it is likely that you'll lose information that has already been collected, even though you're remaking the agent with a different name.

    Thanks,

    Alvin

Thanks Giles and Alvin. Maybe in a near future - with NAE more and more development - it will be possible to simple edit the NAE Agent name.
