    Hi,

We have an issue at various locations with one way VOIP traffic on Mitel DECT handsets, with local base stations and remote Mitel controllers in our DC. This doesn't occur on our legacy Cisco LAN switches.

The WAN provider has ruled out any NAT, firewall, codec or routing issue.

Sites affected all have Aruba JL322A 2930M-48G-PoE+

    Software WC.16.04.0008
    ROM Version WC.17.02.0003

    TIA :)

    Greetings!

Is the one-way VoIP traffic functioning in the outbound or inbound direction? Also, are you experiencing any other issues with the switches in question, such as performance degradation in other applications or any other problems that might indicate a misconfiguration or a saturated uplink?

If possible, could you share a sanitized version of the configuration or event logs (by PM if you'd prefer) to assist with troubleshooting?

Apologies for the delay in response.

In the meantime I have disabled LLDP as that has been seen to cause issue with Mitel equipment.

Please see the attached for guidance and review.
