Is it possible to create a tunneled node / GRE tunnel directly between two switches? The goal is something like this:

vlan 7 ---- swtich A ---- itermediate routed network (no NAT) ------ Switch B ---- vlan 7 (same broadcast domain as the first.

    Hi,

ArubaOS-Switch does not support GRE tunnels from switch to switch, only between Mobility controller to switch.

But it looks like VXLAN will achieve my goal similarly?

    Hi Justin,

And what about OS-CX v10.01?, does it support GRE tunnels from switch to switch?

    Regards

    Hi Pedro,

Yes, ArubaOS-CX supports GRE tunnels. To route across the tunnels today you can choose between Static and BGP (OSPF will come soon).

    Regards, Ruben.-

    Thanks Ruben.

What OS-CX configuration guide should I review to learn how to configure this?, there are many  manuals.

4 years later, same question, any documentation on this is ArubaOS-CX 10+? Probably searching for the wrong key words, but unable to spot anything.
