HOW to isolete ports on comware7

    Hello Community!!

    I need isolete traffic of diferents ports, for example I have vlan 30 with a lot of servers (physical servers and virtual servers) and they must not communicate between them.

    I tryed with port isoleted but it doesnt work:

     

    sys

    port-isolate group 1

     

    interface range gig1/0/2 to gig 1/0/24

     port-isolate enable group 1

     


    I tryed with private vlan, but its a really long configuration!!

     

    do you have any idea to share:)

    Are all of the servers on the same switch?

    Then port isolate should work

    Hello mrzero,

     

    Is a mix, some servers are in the same IRF stack and others in second IRF stack.

     

    The fact is that isoleted-port doesnt work!! the servers can ping between them :(

    port isolation only works on the same switch, if you need this across multiple switches then isolated private-vlans is the answer to your request.
