VRRP to HA inquiry

    Hi we're in the process in migrating from VRRP to HA Active active and I have a few questions:
    1. Do I need to remove the configured master IP address in each AP?
    2. Do I only need to configure LMS and backup LMS IP in the ap system profiles?
    3 What are the things that I need to configure for this migration to be successful.

    1. You don't need to change the master IP setting.

    2. You simply need to add the IP Address of the desired primary controller for that AP Group (can be any Active or Dual mode controller in an HA Group) as your new LMS IP.   

     

    You can also add a backup LMS of a controller that is not part of an HA Group as an extra layer of redundancy.
