Question: WHAT TO DO WHEN A STACKING MEMBER GOES TO DORMANT(V ) STATE?

Use the following command to check the status of the switches.

[V] - Version Mismatch

- As it clearly explains there is a version mismatch in the stack member. This might happen when you try to do a code upgrade from the primary and one of the stack members did not upgrade to the right code.

Solution
=======

Please upgrade the primary Switch again and try to push it to the line card which should fix the issue.Or
Upgrade the partition for the   particular member id alone using the following command .

Command Eg
=======
====

copy tftp: <server ip> pp member: 5 system: partition 1
