    hello gentleman.

i colleguejust came by and asked me why there aren't all vlans shown in the menu. i see all vlans set at vlan names, but in the vlan port assignement i am missing some of them. is there a max number for vlans to be shown in the vlan menu?

    Hi Raffa,

I believe the menu window that you're looking at, the vlan address table, just shows the current mac-addresses that are on that specific port and VLAN.

I think the information that  you want to see is under "switch configuration" -> "VLAN Menu" -> "VLAN Port Assignment".

    Hope this helps,

    hello justin

thats the point - i am in the vlan port assignment menu. but if i go to the right, a few vlans are missing. if i go to vlan names, all the vlans are there.

that is why i am asking if there is a maximum for vlans to be shown in the port assignment menu.

    hope you can follow.

    regards,
    raffa

    Hi Raffa,

The menu interface only supports displaying up to 32 VLANs for VLAN port assignment, you'll need to use the CLI to assign ports to more than 32 VLANs.

This is documented in the Advanced Traffic Management Guide on Page 35.
