3 AP's in same group point to master

I have a site where 2-3 aps out of 50 are showing a switch IP of the master instead of the local. when rebooting the aps 1 changed to the local, but the other 2 remained at the master. Any reason this would randomly happen? these have been installed for over a year.

Are there any ap-specific overrides for those APs?

Nope.

The aps are going to the backup LMS controller instead of the main.

is the main overloaded (license wise) perhaps? or unreachable for some reason?

Re: 3 AP's in same group point to master

There ended up being an incorrect ARP entry in the controller for the AP. Once it was reest, the AP terminated at the correct controller.
