3400 Controller

    I have a defaulted 3400 controller, re-porvisioned AP's and when I connect to the SSID and open google maps\maps its telling me my location as China.  I have confirmed that the time zone is set correctly on the controller.  The OS running is 6.3.1.6.  

     

    Any thoughts?

    The location is based off your IP space/ISP, not any information from your wireless controller.

    Thanks for the response.  The controller was over in China for a show and once it was brought back here it was reset and it's showing my maps application that I am in China still when connecting to the SSID that it's broadcasting.  Any other possibilities that would cause this?

    It gets this information from your public IP address. If it's still somehow source nat'ing to something in China then that would be why.
