4 AP's model 105. One of them is unable to broadcast SSID's. HELP

I have a controller model 620 and 4 AP's model 105. Three AP's are able to broadcast SSID's but one AP is not able to broadcast. However its getting an ip address from the controller. DHCP enabled on the controller

Please open a case for these matters.  That is your best bet.
