651 controller and 4G card

    I have a 651 controller that I am trying to configure to use a Pantech UML290 4G LTE card.  The controller sees it fine but it cannot communicate on the cellular.  It keeps initializing and coming up with  Error: Cellular chat error.  Has anyone got this type of card to come up?  I have an open ticket with Aruba but they are being slow to respond.  Please let me know.  Thanks!!

    Hi Todd,

     

    This modem is supported from ArubaOS 6.1.3.0 onwards. What code are you running on the controller?

    Hi Todd,

     

    My apologies for previous response. 

    This modem is supported for RAP-5 from 6.1.3.0 onwards, however not supported for the 650 series controller yet.
