Wireless Access

I am trying to set up a lab environement with 8.1 . I upgraded a 7010 to 8.1.0.1 but not sure I set up the config correctly as it will not connect to the MM.    I logon to the console and I am not able to do much as it says I do not have permission to do most things.   I do not see an enable command,  can not look at the config  and since it is not connected to the MM have no way to change anything.   what are my options to reset the 7010 so that I can get it connected to the MM.....  or see why it is not connected.   thanks for any suggestions.

What user is it?

I am not sure what the userid and password is on the device (all of the ones that were there prior to the update do not work), so I was using the password recovery id (password).

I would start from scratch..

Make sure to run through the startup wizard in full-setup mode for the first time through. Also make sure you set up the appropriate settings on the MM in adding the new device. 

Is there a doc that describes the first setup as the prompts are not that descriptive.

how do I start from scratch agian,  can not clear the config.  I have gone and booted back to the old 6.5.1 code and then cleared the config but that did not help when I loaded the 8.1.01 code back again.

* Reboot the controller and stop the second boot process (CTRL + X)
* Then type format 0:2
* Then use the bootf 0:0 or 0:1 depending on where the AOS 8 code is located
* Reboot the controller
* Once it comes up go through the wizard by typing full-setup
* If the controller will be tied to a Mobility Master then select MD if not select standalone , then just follow the process
