    Hi Guys,

I have a couple of clearpass services setup in this order

    1) 802.1x authentication for wired user (Radius:IETF value = login-user/Framed-user/Authenticate-only)

    2) 802.1x autnetucation for wireless user (Radius:IETF value = Wireless-802.1/login-user/Framed-user/Authenticate-only)

    3) Mac-authentication (Radius:IETF value = Ethernet/login-user/call-check/Client-Mac)

I have a handful of users (20) are always connecting to a wrong services even though they have their 802.1x settings enabled for the ethernet adaptor. The user is supposed to be connecting through service one but was rejected due as the service matched is (3).

    Please advise

To understand what is going on, you would need to show us screenshots of your 3 services along with the access tracker events of the clients with the issue. It is better to open a tac case, due to the amount of information you have to submit. If you are comfortable, you can paste all of that information in here, so we can take a look.
