I've had to upgrade and then downgrade firmware on one of my 651 controllers recently. I'm currently running 6.1.3.12, a known good release. My problem is that the internal access point has 'dropped off the network' and shows as DOWN in the ap database. It does not appear in the list of APs under the gui, so I'm having trouble re-provisioning it. How do I rediscover my internal AP on the 651 so that I can re-provision it?

Can you confirm, via show image, what version is running?  In AOS 6.2 the internal AP support is dropped and the AP is disabled.

We did bounce through 6.3.1.5 and 6.2.1.7 before deciding to revert to 6.1.3.12.

Do we see any logs on the controller like system /error logs to look at ?

Guys, Put this down to an over-reaction on my part. The internal AP has indeed come back after a few re-inatallations of 6.1.3.12 and a few reboots. It just takes some time (!) to restore service on that AP. Looks like this is as far as we go with this hardware.
