ACL / Policy Type question

When creating an ACL / Policy for wired VLANs coming into a controller (like on a 7010 for instance) to allow VLAN A to Access VLAN B, C, and D, also coming in wired, what ACL type is it best to use? Session, Standard or perhaps even Routing?

Any input is appreciated :-)
