AD verification hang-up

We're having an issue where users move through our building and, though verified at one point, eventually the connection seems to lost the verification. They show an active internet connection, but can't connect to anything.

I've verified this issue by creating a subnet with WPA2 credentials, and the problem disappears.

We're an all-Apple office, if that helps. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    We need more information:

Is this a controller-based or Instant (IAP) deployment?

What encryption and authentication are you using?

What radius server are you using?

What type of access point is deployed?

    It is an IAP deployment.

    wpa2 - aes.

clearpass radius (which connects to our MS Active Directory)

    they are all IAP-204s

Unfotunately I am heading out for the weekend.  I will have to pick this up on Monday.

I am not exactly sure where to find the link you are looking for....Is it in ClearPass Policy Manager - Support - Remote Assistance  - Add session?

Is there a way to convert this to a Support Case?

Sending an email to support@arubanetworks.com opens a support case.
