I was hoping someone out there might be able to help or point me in the right direction...
I have recently rebranded our SSIDs globally but at one particular site, we are not seeing users listed as connected to the new SSID under the Clients tab; they still show as connected to the old SSIDs..
If I log onto the local controller, I can see x-amount of people are connected to new_SSID, for example. But when I log onto AMP, I only see old_SSID clients.
Example:
On the site controller: MAC-A is connected to new_SSID
On the AMP Server: MAC-A is connected old_SSID
Users are definately seeing and connecting to new_SSID, so it almost seems like the problem between the controller and the AMP server.. something not being reported correctly perhaps?
We have several Controller Groups on our AMP server which I had to create SSID & WLAN profiles for seperately, so I have combed through each profile if I have perhaps missed something on this particular controller group, but I haven't found anything amiss.
Any ideas or suggestions welcome and very much appreciated.
