    Hello,

We have added several client mac addresses to an IAP blacklist that has created a mismatch on our AMP server  - is there a way to ammend the template so that it won't generate this mismatch? The AMP server is running 7.6.5 soon to be upgraded to 7.7.9.

    Many Thanks

    Mike

You can navigate to the Aps/Devices -> Click on the wrench icon next to the VC.

Scroll to the bottom and click on "Import settings".

If that does not do it, then click on Audit, fetch and import the template again.

Thanks for the reply - sadly neither method clears the mismatch on AMP. What I really want is the command(s) I can add to the template so that it won't audit any configuration regarding the blacklist. The estate is some 8000 sites and so getting this template right is rather crucial.

    Thanks

in the template, do the following

    blacklist-client de:ad:be:ef:ca:fe

    Capture.JPG

That should do it I think

Sorry for the delay - no that didn't work either , has anyone used

    <ignore_and_do_not_push>blacklist</ignore_and_do_not_push>

in the template and got it working?

    Regards
