AP 105

My AP work perfectly the last week.

 

Today, the AP pwr led flash green and the enet led flash red all the time. I try to enter in console mode for a reset factory but I see nothing to my screen. I try with a other AP and its work perfectly.

 

This is possible my AP is broken? Can I do a hard reset?

Try plugin it into another switch port or try another patch cable .

If this does work and you can't see anything then you may have to RMA the ap

It depends on the type of support you have purchase but you can call Aruba support and get a replacement for your faulty AP, please read the information on this link it provides better information about that:

Just open up a case.  Our APs have a lifetime warranty.
