Other than going on a switch where the AP is terminated to see how much power the AP 225 is drawing, is there a way to check in the controller to see if an AP 225 is running in a restricted mode vs unrestricted mode as it relates to the AP getting full 802.13at power vs 802.3af power?

Thanks much Tim, thats what I was looking for.

Anyway this can be viewed on a more global scale without having to run a command per AP?

I am thinking more of a flag setting somewhere, but have not found anything yet if one does exist.

Unforunately I don't think so because there is no AP status flag for this.

Adding a restricted power flag would be a great feature request! You should submit it here:

Good question.  It can be done for an individual AP.

    show ap ht-rates bssid <bssid>

Rates that are not supported will be in brackets []

I can't seem to find a command that lists all aps nicely with a column there that says '1ss' though.  It might exist, but I don't know what it is.
