Hello, 

AP 225 is non-HT WLAN mode when powered with DC adapter (12v, 2А). When connected with POE everything OK.

What can be wrong? Any settings have to add?

Even if there was not enough power, the 5ghz will always operate with no restrictions.  

If there were power restrictions, the 2.4ghz band would operate at 1x1 and the USB would be disabled.

What indication do you have that it is operating in low power mode?

Your AP did not get an ip address.  Is there any way to have DHCP supplied to that AP?

This AP is in the standalone application used. Just to connect some laptops via WIFI.

Okay.

I would consider upgrading the AP to the latest GA code.  It is currently showing errors on the wireless interface.

You don't have an uplink.  You have to configure the VOTE ssid to work without an uplink:

config t

wlan ssid-profile VOTE
work-without-uplink
